What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years manufacturing or aerospace engineering experience
- BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering or related field
- Experience authoring work instructions, mBOMs and technical procedures for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, production, and quality teams
- Understanding of mechanisms manufacturing and integrated assembly processes
- Experience executing projects in fast-paced evolving environments
- Lead and mentor manufacturing engineering teams
- Own mechanized assembly and integrated sub-assembly programs
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, supply chain, and production
Nice to have
- Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Experience scaling manufacturing processes from development through rate production
- Hands-on experience with RCCA, assembly testing, tooling design and fabrication
- Experience in capacity analysis, PFMEA, value stream mapping and work center development
