Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Foundational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Climbing ladders and scaffolding as required
Nice to have
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or building systems
- 1–2 years of building maintenance or facilities experience
- EPA Universal or trade-related certifications
