Required
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years laboratory or diagnostic instrumentation experience
- Advanced understanding of diagnostics or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of laboratory regulatory environment (CAP, CLIA, COLA)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel domestically 95% of the time
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
- Medical technology experience
- Standard laboratory practices knowledge including quality control and record keeping
