- 10+ years progressive software engineering experience
- 4+ years engineering management leading teams of 6+ engineers
- Expertise in data modeling, ontology design, semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, or domain-driven data architecture
- Experience building and shipping platforms or frameworks requiring adoption across an organization
- Understanding of graph databases, RDF/OWL/SHACL/SPARQL, schema registries, metadata platforms, or semantic layers
- Experience with modern cloud-native data ecosystems
- Strong design and problem-solving skills with passion for engineering excellence and security
- Ability to influence and partner across organizational boundaries
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
- Familiarity with data mesh, data products, and AI-ready data architectures
