Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 6 years working on A320 and 737 aircraft
- Minimum 5 years managing direct reports or working independently
- Minimum 10 years heavy maintenance experience on Part 121 transport aircraft
- Valid unexpired passport
- Valid unexpired driver's license
- A320 general familiarization course or Airbus A320 training
- Authorized to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check
