- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory consulting, or public accounting
- Ability to identify and assess business risks and controls
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- Up to 20% travel (domestic and international)
Nice to have
- CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or CFE certification
- Subject matter expertise in Consumer Products, Brand and Sports Marketing, Retail and Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or Fraud
- Data analytics capabilities
- Understanding of IT general controls and risk concepts
- Knowledge of Nike's business and operating model
