  • 8+ years managing financial crime, AML operations, transaction monitoring, investigations, or fraud/risk operations
  • Experience leading teams in fintech, payments, banking, marketplace, or regulated financial services
  • Understanding of AML, financial crime typologies, transaction monitoring, and customer risk assessment
  • Experience managing transaction monitoring and/or investigations teams
  • Operational leadership skills including workflow design, quality management, and metrics
  • Ability to partner with compliance while maintaining first-line execution ownership
  • Experience working with product, data, and engineering teams on risk controls
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate risk patterns into operational actions
  • Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with case management systems, transaction monitoring tools, KYC/KYB vendors, device intelligence tools, or adverse media platforms
  • CAMS, CFE, or equivalent financial crime credential
  • Deep experience in crowdfunding, payments, or money movement contexts
