Required
- Systems thinking with understanding of data flow and integration points
- Expertise in data integration from multiple sources with normalization and analysis
- Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns including REST, webhooks, and authentication flows
- Independent work with ownership of complex problems from design through implementation

- Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust, or RSA Archer
- Background in high-growth startups with ability to adapt to changing requirements
