Required
- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Accurately read labels, tickets, and product documentation
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety policies and instructions
