What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years managing Discord and/or Reddit communities
- Understanding of what drives engagement and participation
- Track record of executing community projects end-to-end
- Active participation in online communities and internet culture
- Clear and thoughtful written communication
- Balance creativity with execution
- Self-directed and proactive approach
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, creator tools, or video platforms
- Familiarity with HeyGen or similar products
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma
- Experience running community campaigns or events
- Experience with Developer communities
