- 1–4 years experience operating in a GMP environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of GMP practices
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles
- Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting production schedules
Nice to have
- Previous experience operating within hot cells and/or glove boxes
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
