Required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of construction management experience on commercial, retail, restaurant, or multi-unit projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects through all phases
- Understanding of construction contracts, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Construction Manager certification (CMAA, AIC, or similar)
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit development
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet
