What this role is

This role owns the financial metrics and executive reporting that guide Oura's leadership decisions, ensuring data integrity and audit compliance as the company scales its analytics platform. You'll migrate corporate reporting to a modern data stack, partner with finance teams on planning and KPIs, and establish governed financial data products that withstand external audits.

What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
  • 3+ years supporting Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting
  • Experience building executive-level financial reporting trusted by CFO and auditors
  • Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, gross margin, unit economics, and subscription metrics
  • Financial planning platform experience such as Pigment or Anaplan
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex financial queries and reconciliation
  • Dimensional modeling for financial reporting
  • dbt experience including tests, documentation, and contracts
  • Databricks experience with Unity Catalog and Databricks SQL, or deep Snowflake knowledge with migration willingness
  • Modern BI tool experience such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Track record working with external auditors and audit-ready documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • AWS, GitHub, NetSuite/ERP, Fivetran, or Python expertise
  • Data visualization theory and understanding of executive dashboard design
  • Experience building governed KPI programs through formal external audit with Big 4 firms
