What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
- 3+ years supporting Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting
- Experience building executive-level financial reporting trusted by CFO and auditors
- Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, gross margin, unit economics, and subscription metrics
- Financial planning platform experience such as Pigment or Anaplan
- Advanced SQL skills for complex financial queries and reconciliation
- Dimensional modeling for financial reporting
- dbt experience including tests, documentation, and contracts
- Databricks experience with Unity Catalog and Databricks SQL, or deep Snowflake knowledge with migration willingness
- Modern BI tool experience such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Track record working with external auditors and audit-ready documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- AWS, GitHub, NetSuite/ERP, Fivetran, or Python expertise
- Data visualization theory and understanding of executive dashboard design
- Experience building governed KPI programs through formal external audit with Big 4 firms
