Required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience or comfort working in 36-degree refrigerated environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively
- Forklift certification (stand-up)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Produce-handling experience
- Food safety certification
- Basic produce knowledge
- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stay focused working alone and as part of a team
