Required

  • 5+ years in commercial health plan strategy, PBM, healthcare consulting, regulatory strategy, public policy, compliance, legal, or related client-facing healthcare role
  • Strong understanding of commercial healthcare markets, employer-sponsored coverage, PBM, and state/federal regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory and market information and translate into actionable business guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and client-facing materials
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across a matrixed organization

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
  • Experience supporting commercial employer-sponsored healthcare clients
