What they ask for
Required
- Level 2 support experience with enterprise customers in production environments
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN operations including DNS, OpenSSL, and cryptography
- UNIX or Linux system knowledge (e.g., Redhat)
- VMware or equivalent hypervisor experience
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
- Ability to use Wireshark for packet capture analysis
- Detailed knowledge of DNS and HTTP protocols
- Understanding of SSL/TLS handshakes
- Network security experience including Web Application Security, AAA, VPN, DDoS, and firewalls
- Fluent English including technical terminology
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with varying expertise
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience or willingness to develop expertise in public or private cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Google)
- NGINX experience
- Programming or scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, BASH, PERL, Node.JS)
- Container technologies (Docker, OpenStack)

- Fluency in languages other than English
