What they ask for
Required
- MS or BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience
- Hands-on cell culture and/or bioassay experience
- Basic understanding of ELISA or immunoassays
- Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques
- Familiarity with aseptic technique
Nice to have
- Master's degree with 2–3 years of experience, or BS with 3–5 years of experience
- Hands-on cell-based ELISA or potency assay experience
- Strong working knowledge of plate-based assays
- Experience with adherent and suspension cell culture
- Familiarity with plate reader software and electronic lab documentation
- Method troubleshooting or assay transfer experience
- Experience training or mentoring junior staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative team environment work
- Ability to work in fast-paced laboratory setting
