- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus substantial industry experience
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing SoC or complex platform bring-up in a technical lead role for edge or embedded Linux products
- Expert proficiency in Linux system and kernel development with solid C/C++ abilities
- Deep understanding of CPU and SoC architectures, memory and power subsystems, and high-speed interfaces
- Experience with hardware-aware debugging tools and instrumentation
- Experience supporting factory processes, ATE, system-level tests, and provisioning flows for embedded devices
- Strong scripting skills for automation, data analysis, and tooling
- Exceptional project and program management abilities with execution planning and cross-team communication
- Outstanding communication skills bridging technical and program perspectives
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, SoCs, or Jetson platforms in production
- Prior role as platform software execution lead or technical program manager combining hands-on Linux engineering with program delivery
- Experience in platform validation and reliability testing for high-volume edge devices
- Experience with secure boot processes, over-the-air firmware updates, and factory provisioning/security procedures
- Contributions to hardware bring-up tools, diagnostics, automated test systems, or execution tracking dashboards and CI/CD
