Required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with R&D/product development experience
- 2–5+ years of people management experience
- Strong background in material characterization techniques and analytical methods for pharmaceutical development
- Deep understanding of physical chemistry, thermodynamics, and drug material properties
- Experience solving complex material or drug performance challenges in development or production
- Cross-functional product development and troubleshooting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
- 10–15+ years experience with Bachelor's degree
