Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience with automation systems in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or cleanroom)
- Hands-on experience with BMS, EMS, and SCADA platforms
- HMI development experience with systems like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric
- Low-voltage infrastructure and industrial networking knowledge
- PLC programming and alarm management experience
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, and GAMP 5 compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for vendor FATs and punch list activities
Nice to have
- Experience with AutoCAD or facility layout design tools
- Hands-on support of 503A or 503B compounding operations
- Working knowledge of pharmacy regulatory standards
- Process mapping and statistical tools for performance improvement
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
