- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent manufacturing-related education and experience
- Minimum 6 years of manufacturing experience in high-volume production
- Proficiency using CAD for complex product and tooling design
- Experience with PDM software configuration and revision control
- Project management skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to coach junior engineers on technical work
- Understanding of fabrication and tolerancing for machined and additive tooling
