- 2-3 years maintenance technician experience or equivalent vocational training
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to interpret schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls
- Proficiency in conveyor repair and maintenance
- Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Excellent safety record
Nice to have
- Warehouse management systems experience
- Warehouse control systems knowledge
- Knowledge of Maintenance Connection CMMS software
- 6 months warehouse experience
- 2-3 years industrial plant maintenance at level 1 or 2
- PLC and Building Management Systems understanding
