Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of journey-level electrician experience on heavy industrial machinery
- Knowledge of AC-DC motors and controls
- Knowledge of combustion systems
- Knowledge of metering systems
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of power distribution
- Knowledge of process control computers
- Knowledge of welding
- Knowledge of conduit work
- Knowledge of schematics
Nice to have
- Completion of an approved apprenticeship program
- Technical training beyond high school
