US citizen (naturalized or native)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
10+ years technical project management on large-scale federal/public sector initiatives
5+ years leading SaaS development, migrations, and business/compliance/process improvement initiatives
Understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, system architecture, and security
Ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across teams
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance

Nice to have

Experience designing and executing technical projects independently
Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with significant impact
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
SaaS or platform engineering environment experience
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, SOC 2)
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
Experience with Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
