Required
- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in teams
- Use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety and policies
- Work assigned shifts with punctuality and accuracy

- Powered equipment operation (for Warehouse Worker role)
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanine (for Warehouse Worker role)
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer (for Food Distribution Center locations)
