Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related engineering field with 7 years of combined technical and project engineering experience (or 11 years without degree)
- Demonstrated experience with solid rocket motor design, development, and manufacturing including safety and regulatory requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule and execute against program baselines
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain explosives licenses (21+ years old)
- Compliance with drug-free workplace requirements
- U.S. Person status for ITAR/EAR export compliance
Nice to have
- Background in propulsion, energetics, or defense programs with hands-on solid rocket motor or munitions experience
- Strong technical expertise in hardware design or manufacturing within defense, space, or aerospace programs
