What they ask for

Required

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with strong analog design background
  • 6+ years of analog design experience
  • CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design experience in deep sub-micron processes, especially FinFET
  • Experience with Cadence IC design environment and analog simulation tools like Spectre, HSpice, or Finesim
  • Experience creating test bench environments for component and top-level circuit verification
  • Behavioral modeling of analog and digital circuits
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Analog simulation expertise including noise analysis, loop stability, AC/DC/transient analysis, and Monte Carlo
