Required
- 1+ years mechanical or structures work in construction, aerospace, automotive, maritime or similar
- 1+ years following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints
- Ability to walk constantly, stand 6-8 hours daily, climb stairs/ladders up to 8 hours, bend and twist frequently
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
- English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- U.S. Person status per 22 C.F.R. §120.62
Nice to have
- 1+ years aircraft structural work experience
- 1+ years using high-impact vibratory tools like bucking/riveting
- Enrollment in Boeing-partnered manufacturing high school or community college program
- High school diploma or GED
