Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- Minimum 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience
- At least 3 years of independent support of electrophysiology mapping procedures
- Strong knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology at Allied Health Professional level
- Proven experience delivering presentations and training to clinical audiences
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Project management or Training & Education experience
- Strong organizational, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and multinational teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Master's degree or Medical Doctor degree
- Certification in arrhythmology, cardiology, endovascular surgery, or cardiovascular surgery
- IBHRE certification as an Allied Health Professional
- Experience in the medical device industry in technical consulting or sales roles
- Experience in curriculum development, e-learning, or instructional design
- Knowledge of competitor technologies
- Experience with high-fidelity simulation training methodologies
