Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
- Recent graduate or early-career engineer
- Hands-on engineering project experience through internships, research labs, or academic programs
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- On-site work at Midland, Texas facility
