- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of experience
- Experience with advanced silicon and packaging process technologies (2D, 2.5D, 3D memory)
- High-speed and high-density signaling (SerDes 112G-224G)
- Understanding of power and thermal issues in high-footprint PCBs (1kW+)
- Full product lifecycle ownership from conception to sustained production
- Cross-functional team collaboration across hardware, ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing
