What they ask for
Required
- At least 1 year equipment troubleshooting and repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical schematics
- Versatile equipment maintenance repair skills
- OSHA regulation adherence including fall protection and lock-out tag-out
- Willing to obtain EPA 608 certification and perform refrigerant removal
- Reside within 15-20 miles of Chicago
- Work cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter capable of independent work
- Accurately document work performed
Nice to have
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience negotiating and resolving customer complaints
- 3+ years equipment repair and maintenance experience
- Possess standard craft tools
- Handheld technology knowledge
- Extended sitting, standing, and driving capability with 80 lb lift capacity and 15+ ft climbing ability
