- Deep familiarity with Japanese enterprise culture and procurement
- Experience owning or contributing to P&L and pipeline management
- Track record leading complex Generative AI or ML implementations with measurable outcomes
- Resourceful and autonomous operator comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel to Japan at least quarterly
