What they ask for
Required
- MS or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or equivalent academic research
Nice to have
- Direct experience in semiconductor mask, lithography, or wafer fabrication (EUV, DUV, or advanced nodes)
- Actinic mask inspection or defect printability analysis experience
- BEOL or FEOL process control and mask process qualification background
- Experience defining tool requirements and roadmap strategy
