- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or product policy
- Direct exposure to mental health or self-harm harm areas in a professional context
- Experience designing or running experiments to measure intervention effectiveness
- Experience translating policy into measurable rubrics or classification criteria
- Experience managing or coordinating content review operations
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
- Experience working with generative AI products and writing prompts for content review
- Ability to turn data and open questions into insightful analysis
- Understanding of implementing product policies at scale in content moderation
- Sound judgment in ambiguous, high-consequence cases
