Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, networking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years designing and architecting network solutions for critical datacenter and Kubernetes environments
- Knowledge of SDN, network automation, and DevOps team practices
- Norwegian security clearance and Norwegian citizenship
Nice to have
- Experience with AI infrastructure such as NVIDIA AI Factory reference architecture
- Juniper, Cisco, or F5 certifications
- Interest in or experience with AI, GenAI, or agent-based technologies
