What they ask for
Required
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years building production software systems
- Shipped AI/LLM applications, agents, or automation workflows to production
- Strong Python skills for designing and productizing AI services
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or agentic workflows
- Experience with LLM application frameworks and RAG architectures
- Solid software engineering fundamentals including system design, testing, CI/CD, observability, and databases
- Ability to identify and automate repetitive, high-friction workflows
- End-to-end ownership of engineering solutions from architecture to operations
- Excellent communication and collaborative approach
Nice to have
- Advanced AI techniques like fine-tuning or domain-specific prompt engineering
- Knowledge of ASIC development and SOC integration
