Required
- Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or comparable capital markets role
- Ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic information into clear written work
- Experience interacting directly with institutional investors, analysts, or company executives
- Demonstrated judgment handling confidential and market-sensitive information
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain financial models and interpret financial statements
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of technology, software, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure sectors
- Prior lead analyst experience or equivalent ownership of an investment thesis
- Senior investor relations experience at a high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with consumption-based, API-first, or enterprise software revenue models
- Comfort working with executives, board members, and external advisors
- Interest in AI safety and ability to explain research-driven companies to financial audiences
