- 13-22 years of experience designing custom analog circuits for SerDes architectures
- Strong analog design background with high-speed analog and mixed-signal block experience
- Experience with transmitters, receivers, clocking, and equalizer designs for PHY IPs
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or M.E)
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with multiple products and product lines
Nice to have
- Experience in high-speed serial interface applications like Die-to-Die or UA Link
- Experience with 56/112/224 GbpS architectures
- PAM4-based Ethernet SerDes experience
- SerDes design with silicon bring-up
- Mentoring junior team members
