Required
- 5+ years in software QA, systems testing, or release engineering in AV, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical automotive systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record leading commercial software/systems release sign-off and defining release readiness frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Linux and Python, Bash/Shell, or C++
- Deep experience testing across SIL, HIL, simulation environments, and on-vehicle testing
- Working knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), and UL 4600
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated systemic root cause analysis and log parsing skills across hardware-software interactions
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a technical field
- Hands-on experience establishing automated release gates and CI/CD verification workflows
