- 8+ years of progressively complex video production experience
- Proven track record developing and executing editorial video formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Thorough understanding of video production workflow and file-based production environments
- Editorial judgment and knowledge of story pitching, field production, shot selection, and scripting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, technical production, or equivalent professional experience
