Required

  • 5+ years data science, ML engineering, or quantitative research
  • 2+ years building and deploying ML models in programmatic advertising or ad tech
  • Understanding of programmatic auction mechanics (RTB, header bidding, floor pricing)
  • Proven ability to deploy models to production with real-time inference and monitoring
  • Experience designing data pipelines and feature stores for high-volume, low-latency systems
  • Strong Python and SQL proficiency
  • Experience with ML libraries and large-scale data tools
  • Ability to handle real-time feature serving and model deployment
  • Knowledge of causal inference and experiment design in delayed-feedback environments
  • Strong communication of technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with SSP, DSP, or exchange-side yield optimization
  • Knowledge of auction theory and optimal reserve pricing
  • Experience with contextual bandits, multi-armed bandits, or reinforcement learning
  • Familiarity with online learning and adaptive algorithms
  • Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML techniques
  • GCP tools experience (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
  • Experience with supply forecasting or inventory management in programmatic
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or partnership ecosystems
  • Master's or PhD degree
