- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
- 10+ years patent litigation and/or patent licensing experience
- High-stakes patent dispute management experience
- First or second chair complex patent litigation at major law firm or significant in-house patent experience at technology company
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
