What they ask for
Required
- 6–8 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, product delivery, consulting, or digital transformation
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- In-depth knowledge of workplace AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, and modern productivity workflows
- Ability to solve complex ambiguous problems and balance speed, quality, and enterprise constraints
- Experience working independently and prioritizing multiple concurrent engagements
- Ability to operate in a consultative model across departments and executive initiatives
- Experience designing and delivering AI technology demonstrations, workshops, and prototypes
Nice to have
- Experience with data readiness assessment and integration planning
- Experience developing training and communication strategies for technology adoption
- Familiarity with governance best practices and responsible AI principles
- Track record of creating reusable templates and reference architectures
- Experience mentoring colleagues and facilitating community learning
