What they ask for
Required
- 2+ years avionics harnessing experience in aerospace or satellite manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work cleanroom environments with PPE
- Availability for 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift or weekends as required
Nice to have
- Technical certification in avionics or aerospace assembly
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA workmanship certification
- Familiarity with CIRRIS or similar harness testing systems
- Experience with bonded connectors and backshell assembly
- Experience with EMI shielding and bracket installations
- Understanding of configuration control in space-grade production
- Previous LEO satellite assembly or avionics bay integration experience
