What they ask for

Required

  • 2+ years avionics harnessing experience in aerospace or satellite manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work cleanroom environments with PPE
  • Availability for 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift or weekends as required

Nice to have

  • Technical certification in avionics or aerospace assembly
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA workmanship certification
  • Familiarity with CIRRIS or similar harness testing systems
  • Experience with bonded connectors and backshell assembly
  • Experience with EMI shielding and bracket installations
  • Understanding of configuration control in space-grade production
  • Previous LEO satellite assembly or avionics bay integration experience
