What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
- 14+ years of experience in mechanical flight controls within commercial aerospace programs
- 5+ years of experience with CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and/or DELMIA
- 5+ years of experience on commercial aircraft programs
- U.S. Person status as defined by export control regulations
- 100% onsite work at Seal Beach, CA location
Nice to have
- 20+ years of experience in mechanical flight controls or related aerospace engineering roles
- ODA Engineering Unit Member, Boeing Designated Expert, or FAA Designated Engineering Representative designation
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strong collaborative skills across multiple team functions
- Experience reviewing or approving Service Bulletins
- Willingness to expand into unfamiliar technical areas
