What they ask for
Required
- U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing or related environments
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Production equipment support experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Read schematics and technical drawings
- CMMS experience
- Valid driver's license
Nice to have
- Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology
- Military maintenance experience
- Manufacturing maintenance team supervision experience
- PLC troubleshooting
- VFD troubleshooting
- HVAC certification
- Electrical certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
