Required
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights using ladders and mechanical lifts up to 40 feet
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex systems
- Capable of mentoring junior maintenance staff
- Must adjust work hours based on unscheduled breakdowns and be available for on-call duty
- Strong communication skills
- Trustworthy, accountable, and safety-conscious
- Willing to wear radio and PPE at all times
- Able to operate or be trained on material handling equipment and aerial lifts
