Required
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong production programming in Python and C/C++
- Experience building Python interfaces to native or systems-level software
- Understanding of systems software, performance, concurrency, and API design
- Practical experience with parallel, heterogeneous, or GPU programming
- Production software or library development experience including testing, profiling, packaging, and code review
- Ability to work independently and drive complex projects to completion
- Clear written communication for specifications, designs, and documentation
- Comfort with large codebases spanning Python, C/C++, build systems, packaging, and CI
Nice to have
- Strong CPU/GPU architecture and performance optimization knowledge with hands-on GPU-accelerated stack experience
- Proficiency with modern C++ and GPU libraries like Thrust, CUB, and libcudacxx
- Experience with compiler infrastructure such as LLVM, Clang, or MLIR
- Expertise in low-overhead Python-to-native interoperability including Rust in mixed-language stacks
- Demonstrated interest in developer tools, library design, and developer productivity
