- 3+ years aerospace structures assembly or precision mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience installing aerospace fasteners and rivets
- Experience with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity for precision assembly
